Price of an emergency

Published: 2 April 2010

I PAID and displayed on a visit to the Whittington Hospital. However, I ended up having an emergency C section, so naturally got a parking ticket.

Islington Council ignored my letters and my proof of a valid reason for overstaying my parking time. What do you think they did about it? You guessed it: I paid the bailiffs £580 this morning. The council is still refusing to acknowledge my emails.
