Haverstock School wins Federation Basketball League Championships

HEROES from Haverstock School were crowned the supreme kings of the court after they won the Federation Basketball League Championships for the third year in a row.
The dribbling dynamos beat Acland Burghley 39-31 on their own patch in Tufnell Park to win the under-16s title and complete a historic hat-trick of wins.
Coach Joe Allen said: “The team were inspired by captain and man-of-the-match Khalid Ibrahim, and were intent upon bringing home the trophy for the third year in a row.”
