HOTSHOT James Taylor hit a hat-trick as The Heath continued their winning run in the friendly Under-8s Division at Market Road.
Cameron Hannah and Rufus Poss Davies were also both on target as The Heath ran out 5-1 winners against The Hill.
In the knockout competitions, St Pancras booked their place in the second round of the Under-10s Challenge Cup with a 2-0 win over Angel Islington. Levi Rogers opened the scoring in the second half before captain Bailey Johnston wrapped up the win when he chipped the keeper.
In the Under-11s Challenge Cup, Isledon Wolves progressed into the next round with a convincing
3-0 win over Futebol De Salao. Striker Ryan Ward capped a man-of-the-match performance with two goals, while Arran Graham’s first goal of the season sealed the win. The teams met again in the Under-13s Challenge Cup, with Wolves shocking the league leaders to net a 3-0 victory.
Jourdi Massueme, Lemar Kelly and Felix Romer were all on target to send a jubilant Wolves into the next round.
In the Under-14s Challenge Cup, Ferhal Aktulga put in a great display as St Pancras put on a supershow against Jubba Youth. Also on target were Jack Smith, George Hayes, Ryan Salter and Levi Bojang as the Saints stormed to a 5-1 win. St Pancras are also flying high in the Under-14s ‘B’ League after two goals from Enselmo Co helped seal a 2-1 win over Isledon Wolves to put them top on goal-difference.
In the Under-14s ‘A’ Division, Locomotive Youth moved within three points of leaders Chapel with a 5-0 win over AFC Soccerschool. Taj Figueroa and Mason Brooks grabbed two apiece after Shane Cojocarel had opened the scoring.
