Ms Pond has been giving back to the community through Sports for many years now! She is an amazing inspiration to the children in the community that are from a working-class/ under-class background, who need a role model and who need to see that hardwork and determination does pay off!

Ms Pond has achieved much in her short years and I feel honoured to have worked alongside her, as this has given me the opportunity to really understand the challenges that she has faced every step along the way!

If anyone deserves the award it's Eartha Pond. She really encompasses the true meaning of hardwork, self-motivation and self belief. She has overcome many obstacles in life and she is a great pillar of the community. She is now giving back to the community once again through the work she is doing at the academy. What a Woman!
