The delay is down to the council

UCL have always been very keen to open Sept 2011. The builders were in place and ready to go.
True, I think the loss of the Sylvia Jones as Principal at such a late stage has not allowed UCL time to find a replacement in time for UCL to have someone to lead the school and become a main contact for us parents to forge a trusting relationship.
This may be a reason to delay.
However, the current council leadership is not, and has never been, keen for this school to go ahead, and I firmly believe that they have wanted to drag their heels and put off its opening.
