Absolutely Gutted.

Today I travelled to Berkhamstead to go and pick up my usual 4 packets of Che Yerba Mate. When I got closer I sensed something was wrong, though wasn't quite sure because the car was outside, then I looked in the windows and saw the whole place upside down.

This place has been running for 30 years, Rex and Kiang were always so welcoming, and I used to really enjoy making an effort to travel a bit further to get their quality produce and a chat at the same time. My kids would sit and play with the toys and look at the fish while I had a relaxing time browsing through all the wonderful local organic veg and groceries. Suddenly - boom gone!

Now the Foundry.. I knew this was coming but still to see it actually become real is so sad. I really hope that people like Jonathan and Tracey keep doing what they are doing, everytime I've been to the Foundry something magic has happened.

Thankyou for all you do, thankyou Rex, and Kiang, and The Foundry crew.

A very sad Kirsty
