Islington Council, HFI especially is a compelete joke, actually I retract that, jokes are mean't to be funny, the state of this council is beyond a laughing matter.
The staff are either inept or just plain don't give a damn.
It's a shame as the lives and homes of once happy decent families are being ruined by the archaic systems implemented by senoir excetives and this sadly runs in parallel to complete incompetency right across the board.

It is apparent that the greedy complacency of the MP's in this boroughs have blinded them to what it is actually like to live in Islington. The Labour policy I recently had shoved through my letter box makes this very apparent.

White washes and pretty press releases...it amounts to nothing.

Well done Islington, I can't say I'm proud to be a resident.

Islington council=not fit for purpose.
