After reading this article about this case I have to say that it is ridiculous!

I went through a very similar situation when the company I worked with merged with another. We were warned of redundancies and scored on our abilities.

I was among three to be re-interviewed - two were male from the other company and after re-interviewing I, the female was made redundant.

Would it be right for me to say that I was sexually discriminated because I was the weakest candidate? Of course not!!!
