Bus lane PCN refunds

The Camden Council should have refunded all these invalid PCN fines as soon as they knew about the issue, certainly within calendar 2009. The Council likely stalled hoping that Mr. Daly would "go away" so they could keep all the illegally-taken revenue. Also, parking teams should ALWAYS be aware of changed or temporary traffic orders that alter the situations on what is legal or illegal for drivers to do. Failing to keep the teams properly informed is unacceptable. James C.
