Cause of Fall

I hate to ask questions of those invovled, especially Mr Winwood's family involved, but I am doing so as a result of a fall I suffered in a Holiday Inn hotel last year in which I suffered a head injury.
Could anyone tell me if the fall was in the bathroom please or if there was any indication that the fall may have happened in the bathroom, particulalry if Mr Winwood had taken a shower?
I fell as a result of soap either being left on the shower floor or dripping onto it from the soap dispenser which was positioned in the shower cubicle itself.
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone with knowledge of the evens leading up to Mr Winwood's death. Thank-you.
