BRITT Ekland – who set pulses racing alongside Roger Moore in the 1974 James Bond classic, The Man With the Golden Gun, will this year be starring as Fairy Godmother in Cinderella in the Shaw Theatre’s Christmas show.
The Swedish actress – once internationally acknowledged as one of the world’s most beautiful women – will perform alongside television’s Dominic Littlewood, making his
pantomime debut as Buttons.
The show opens at the Euston playhouse on December 9.
THE Hampstead Theatre is running a series of “Star Nights” where unfinished scripts are “tested” on the audience. Compèred by a dynamic writer, actor or director the theatre promises a “fun and exiting” night.
Feedback is collated and given to the writers. The first night is Monday at 7pm.
Any writers wanting to submit a piece for next months Star Night should do so before November 17.
THE Society of London Theatre is looking for theatre-goers to form a panel of 10 to judge this year’s Laurence Olivier Awards.
