Air Traffic set to land
REVIEW: FISTFUL OF FANDANGO
Bar 299
OK, so you’ve already missed the twinkly charm of The Boy Least Likely To, the rum theatrics of Scandi-rockers The Shout Out Louds and the all-out fun of Robots In Disguise.
They have already had a turn playing at the fancy new Bar 299 in Great Portland Street (see next week for review).
But don’t worry, you’re not too late to catch a share of the mini-festival, Fistful of Fandango, a five-night special of all the hippest bands promoted by party-starters, Club Fandango.
Air Traffic headline on Friday night, while The Clientele and Camera Obscura, swoony for their lush brand of brass and guitar, are the big noise on Saturday.
• Fistful of Fandango is running at Bar 229. Nearest Tube: Great Portland Street. £12.
