The Big White
THE Big White has a dark edge. Starring Robin Williams, who has gone through a spell of trying to escape his comedian label with films like One Hour Photo, Big White is funny in parts but is nothing like Williams’ usual comic fare.
In The Big White, Williams is the cash strapped travel agent who decides insurance fraud is the best way out of the financial mire he has landed himself in. When he finds a body behind his shop, he decides he will pretend it was his brother and claim some insurance dough.
But the body was dumped in his bin by hitmen, who now want it back.
