Zoo Nation dance it up in the hoods

ZooNation’s performance at the Peacock Theatre last week shows tight choreography, a coherent storyline and clever use of sound and imagery.
Into the Hoods is a streetdance adaptation of the composer Stephen Sondheim’s 1987 Broadway musical Into the Woods.
Two kids become lost and end up in the clutches of the landlord of the Ruff Endz Estate who sets them a number of labours in return for their fare journey home.
Exuberantly told, the gravity-defying dance moves made it a real pleasure to watch.
