A DEAD Dudley Moore arrives in comedians’ Limbo to find Peter Cook running a bar and divine judgment in the offing. It’s the last chance to catch the wild and wonderful Goodbye: The Afterlife of Cook & Moore at the Pentameter’s Theatre, Hampstead, before it ships off to Edinburgh.
