The avant-garde of acrobatics

AVANT-GARDE meets traditional in the dream-like production of Taoub, the latest offering in the Roundhouse’s spectacular circus season.
Five family members (the seventh generation of circus performers) - joined by acrobats and strongmen trained on the beaches of Tangier - sing, flip and fly across the North African skyline, accompanied by video projections and live music.
Director Aurélien Bory, the darling of the French ‘New’ Circus wave, creates a dizzying landscape of high-flying acrobatics and contemporary performance that is sure to dazzle young and old alike.

* Taoub, presented by Collectif Acrobatique De Tangier, runs from June 28 – July 4 at the Roundhouse, Chalk Farm Road
