The Lake House
THIS Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock vehicle is based on a love affair between this pair who share the same house...except there seems to be some kind of time warp going on as Reeve's character lives there in 2006, while his beau is a tenant in 2004.Kate (Bullock) is a doctor who has to move out of a rather gorgeous home she has been renting. In steps architect Alex, who finds a note in the letter box with a forwarding address - except ke knows no one has been in the house for two years. This confusing state of affairs prompts a correspondence between the pair: and from that develops an out-of-synch love story. |
