TO mark the 70th birthday of Tom Stoppard the King’s Head Theatre is showing a season of shorts. Two of the playwright’s early radio plays are recreated as live theatre performances. The Dissolution of Dominic Boot and If You’re Glad I’ll Be Frank run for three weeks from July 11.
THE tragic horror that shook London on July 7 2005 is translated to the Hackney Empire stage. Limbo: Stories From 7/7, looks at individual stories of passengers on the Circle line that fateful Thursday.
COINCIDING with national Transplant Week is Glen Mortimer’s intimate two-hander about love and life on the transplant list. Produced in association with the national donor education charity Transplants in Mind, Better and Afterwards runs from July 7 at the Rosemary Branch.
