Fiddler’s Elbow
THE perkiest punkish indie group, the Stayaways, have certainly made a lot of headway following their Demo of the Week splash in this newspaper in 2005.
The Camden three-piece, who live in Royal College Street, have been gigging almost constantly since they burst onto the scene, and now hold a Stayaway Social at the Fiddlers Elbow pub in Malden Road on the first Saturday every month. The night, which features a line-up of four bands and guest DJs, is becoming quite the local success story. The loveable trio are also well known faces at the Constitution pub in St Pancras Way, where the Social evening first took hold.
