Demo of the Week: The Rebecas


AFTER catching their recent gig at Kentish Town, the Rebecas had to be demo of the week.
A seven-piece outfit, they hail from around the UK, Spain and Korea.
Their four track demo is a pretty tight effort, setting Robert Mannalls’ deep vocals and Pavement-inspired guitar sounds against the girls’ squidgy keyboards and carefree backing vocals.
The Last Waltz was my favourite track, winning me over with its catchy keyboard intro. Click here to listen to their demo.
