In the wings
THE Tricycle Theatre has announced the cast for its latest piece of verbatim political theatre Called To Account.
It is based on the questioning of key witnesses by two barristers, Philippe Sands QC (prosecution) and Julian Knowles (defence), in an attempt to discover whether there would be sufficient grounds to indict Prime Minister Tony Blair for the crime of aggression against Iraq.
It opens on April 23 and the first five evening performances are already sold out – get dialling.
CELEBRATING the success of the spectacular Indian Dream, Roundhouse Studios has launched an ambitious programme of creative opportunities for 13-30 year olds.
The show’s director Tim Supple will this Easter give young people a chance to work with the visiting South Asian company.
Everyone from beginners to trained students in theatre, dance, circus and music, are welcome.
The enrolment hotline is 020 424 8456.
