HE has performed in Wigmore Hall, appeared at the London Jazz Festival and helped put together the jazz syllabus for the Associated Board of Music.
Pianist and composer Julian Joseph has also performed with classical violinist Viktoria Mullova, done recordings of composers such as Milhaud and Stravinsky and performed sonatas by Prokofiev and Bartok.
He is undoubtedly one of the most respected jazz artists in Britain today and this week he is appearing for two nights at the Pizza Express Dean Street.
The Julian Joseph Trio features Mark Hodgson on acoustic bass and percussionist Gary Husband and the two concerts, on Monday and Tuesday feature saxophonist Steve Williamson as a special guest.
A great opportunity to see this excellent musician.
