THESE indie old-timers were pop gold on their first album
Expecting to Fly.
Bluetones. Saw them when I was about 15 at the Shepherd’s
Bush Empire, and only because my mates dragged me – I was
an r’n’b girl right. I only knew one of their songs
and that was because my friends were always singing it.
But they were great. Point is, if you know about the Bluetones
there’ll be an affectionate place in your heart for them.
If you don’t no preview will compell you to go see them.
