This offering is from Michel Gondry, the man behind the box office hit the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, who wrote and directed this surreal and strange offering.
The Bridge
This film courted controversy when it was released in the United States. The director set up a camera on San Fransisco’s Golden Gate bridge and inadvertently (at first) captured the final moments of people who had come to utilise this popular suicide spot.
A study of the frailty of the human spirit, it doesn’t make for the most uplifting fare.
