Three deny Ben’s murder

THE grieving parents and actress sister of stabbing victim Ben Kinsella were in court at the Old Bailey this week to see three youths deny his murder.
Judge Brian Barker, the Common Serjeant of London, fixed the trial of Michael Alleyne, 18, Juress Kikka, 18, and Jade Braithwaite, 19, for April 21 next year.
Schoolboy Ben, 16, was fatally attacked in York Way, Holloway, in June as he tried to escape from trouble outside Shillibeers bar,
His parents, George, 48, and Deborah, 46, who live in Islington, were joined by sister Brooke, who found fame in television soap EastEnders, at the brief court hearing.
Addresses for the three accused, all from the Islington area, have been withheld.
They were remanded in custody and will be in court again on December 22 for a further preliminary hearing.
Up to six weeks have been set aside for the trial.
