CAMDEN Town made it two wins from two in Division One North of the Greater London Women’s League on Sunday with a thrilling 4-3 victory away at Enfield, Despite going behind early on, Town battled back to turn the game around with two well- taken goals.

Some great exchange play between Sophie Langman and Abbie Brandon on the left wing led to captain Jaclyn Thayer slotting the ball past the advancing keeper to level the scores.

Camden took the lead when Sarah Boyall dribbled to the byline before crossing forLangman, who guided the ball neatly out of the reach of the Enfield keeper.

Midfielder Carol Brown extended the lead when she floated a beautifully weighted shot into the top corner after Langman laid the ball off for her from a corner kick.

The game looked well and truly over when Boyall, who was a constant threat down the right, set up Langman for her second goal of the game to give Camden a 4-1 lead.

Enfield rallied, however, and pulled two goals back to set up a nervous finale.

But Camden held on to take all three points and continue their perfect start to the new season.
