THERE were plenty of medals to go around on Thursday and Friday when scores of young footballers took part in the Camden Schools Sports Association’s latest triumphant tournament.
Held at Coram’s Fields, the primary schools competition proved a big hit for teams from Torriano Primary School in Kentish Town and Christ Church School in Regent’s Park after they both won their respective trophies in the boys’ category.
Meanwhile in the girls’ competition Gospel Oak Primary School and Rhyl School in Queen’s Crescent proved too hot to handle as they walked away with the top prizes.
