NETBALLERS from Great Ormond Street Hospital just missed out on victory in their game against Travers Smith as they narrowly lost by just a point in the Play Netball League.
Held at Highbury Grove School in Islington, both sides forced turnovers as the pressure of the game saw some basic passing errors creep into play. Unforced errors in the fourth quarter proved costly for the GOSH girls as they handed both the lead, and ultimately the game, to Travers Smith, who snatched a 25-24 points win.
The Great Ormond Street Hospital team are currently seeking sponsors, contact Hayley Dodman or Clare Gilmour on 020 7239 3126 for further details.
