BECKY Barnes hit a hat-trick as Hampstead eased into the third round of the John Greenacre Memorial Trophy on Sunday with a 7-0 win over Bromleian Ladies.

The new-signing scored with three strikes to kill off the game within 30 minutes, taking her tally to 10 goals in eight games.

Hampstead’s other first-half goals both came from Kate Freeman corners, with Char Blackmore and Mo Gray both finding the back of the net with well-placed headers.

Val Toro showed tremendous composure to set-up Emma Wragg for Hampstead’s sixth, while the two combined again in injury time to round off the scoring, this time with Toro adding the finishing touches.
