Arsenal to face tough Opening Season

ARSENAL face one of their toughest away fixtures on the opening day of the season after being handed a trip to Anfield.
The Gunners travel to Liverpool on Saturday August 14, before playing their first home game of the new campaign a week later against newly promoted Blackpool.
If Arsene Wenger’s side are going to be genuine title contenders then their first real test shouldn’t be until October when they face tough away games against Chelsea and Manchester City.
The first north London derby of the season sees Tottenham travel to the Emirates Stadium on November 20, with the reverse fixture at White Hart Lane in February.
Although all fixtures are subject to change, as TV stations arrange which matches to show, Arsenal will still face a testing December with Manchester United away on Saturday 11, and champions Chelsea at home on Boxing Day.
