THE Hill lifted the Under-13s title in the Camden and Regent’s Park Youth League on Saturday after winning  their final game of the season 9-2.

In a must-win game, the Primrose Hill-based side (pictured) boasted nine different scorers as they strolled to an emphatic victory against the Regent’s Park ‘B’ team.

Player-of-the-match Chris Bell opened the scoring, while Charlie Drayton, Otto Bridgeham, Georgio Perretti, Zak Kahlique, Rory Dodd, George Pedlow, Max Thompson and Jonathan King also all found the back of the net.

Overall the free-scoring champions netted a staggering 42 goals in just 10 games, remaining unbeaten throughout the campaign.

After the game manager Chris Markoullis described his triumphant team as “an absolute class act” as they won the league despite being one of the youngest sides in the division.

“The team is mainly an under-12s side so they will be able to repeat the under-13s age group next season and try to defend their crown.

“All the boys have shown real character and have made everyone at the Hill Soccer School extremely proud.”
