KENTISH Town FC continued their fight to avoid relegation from the Premier Division on Saturday with a comfortable 3-0 win.

Despite the poor pitch, Anthony Clark opened the scoring in the 23rd minute after he cut in from the left and powered his shot past the keeper.

Town doubled their lead through James Lindsay, who headed home after Clark’s initial shot was well saved.

Substitute Lee Scott wrapped up the points for late on after good work from Mariusz Serwin.

Despite the recent up turn of form, manager Rakatahr Hudson is still looking to take each game as it comes.

“We are still in a precarious position in the table, so we will focus on each game as it comes, and do as much as we can to keep picking up points,” said Hudson

The result leaves Town fourth from bottom with 30 points from 35 games.
