Prize partners

THE Islington Football Development Partnership won the prestigious North London Partner of the Year Award for a second time at London FA’s annual prize giving.
The partnership between Aquaterra Leisure, Islington Council and Arsenal in the Community delivers football sessions across a range of ages and abilities for both boys and girls in the borough.
The partnership’s manager Michael MacNeill (pictured) said: “It’s fantastic recognition for our achievements, not just over the past 12 months but also the past seven years.
“This was a complete surprise, considering we had won the same award only two years ago.”
The ceremony was held at Leyton Orient FC.
