Charlie Higson hosts young consumer quiz at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium

CENTRAL Foundation School triumphed in Islington’s Young Consumer of the Year quiz – hosted by comedian Charlie Higson.

The Tufnell Park-based funny man fired off the questions at the event at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium.

Organised by Islington Council’s trading standards team as the local round of a UK-wide contest, participants were questioned on consumer rights, managing money and citizenship.

Teams from Central Foundation in City Road, Finsbury, and runners up St Aloysius in Hornsey Road, Highgate, will now compete in the London round.
