Sold for £1million at auction - One Housing Group sell Grade-II Listed property in Calthorpe Street, Holborn

A HOUSING association sold a Grade II-listed house for £1million at auction on Monday.

The One Housing Group, which receives massive funding from the government to provide affordable housing, cashed in on the three-storey Victorian terraced house at 25 Calthorpe Street, Holborn.

Camden Town auctioneers McHugh & Co said the auction at Bafta, Piccadilly, had gone “very well”.

The guide price for the Camden building (below) was £750,000.
