Harrow Road free school application - Second of two planned for north Westminster

AN application has been submitted to open a second free school in north Westminster. The Constable Education Trust has submitted an application to launch a new primary school in Carlton Gate, just off Harrow Road. If the government decides to accept the application, it is expected the school will open in 2012.
