A SCHOOLBOY was knifed in broad daylight in a quiet Kentish Town back street on Tuesday afternoon.
The 14-year-old was attacked in Leighton Place at about 2pm.
His injuries are not considered “serious”, a Camden police spokeswoman said yesterday (Wednesday). No arrests have been made.
Tenants told the New Journal they had seen a car pull up and a fight break out.
Roads were closed in both directions for about an hour.
A police spokeswoman said: “The victim – a 14-year-old boy – was taken by London Ambulance Service to a central London hospital.
“His condition is not believed to be serious. Officers from Camden CID are investigating.”
Anyone with information that may assist police should call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
