JAMES Bull and Jonathan Williams, the gay couple who claim they were ejected from Soho’s John Snow pub for kissing last Wednesday, “appear to have a strong legal case, according to human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell. He said: “Discrimination based on sexual orientation is illegal. I doubt the pub would have forced out a kissing heterosexual couple.”
