Second Edgware Road stabbing

POLICE are investigating the second stabbing in a week on the same stretch of Edgware Road.

A man was taken to hospital after he was attacked with a knife in the street on Monday – just seven days after a similar attack in the same area.

The 23-year-old, believed to be the manager of a Lebanese restaurant, had his face slashed during the incident. He has since been released from hospital after receiving treatment.

Police said no arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
