CAMDEN’S newest theatre space has officially opened above popular gastro-pub the Lord Stanley.

Resident company The Theatre Collection is the brainchild of Victor Sobchak, formerly of Act Provocateur, which was based at the Lion and Unicorn in Kentish Town.

Camden Council granted permission for the Russian director to stage plays above the pub in Camden Park Road in September.

The company is currently performing Doubles and Dreamers on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays until October 24.
