• BOXES packed full of toys were delivered to sick children at the Royal Free Hospital on Friday.
Marks and Spencer, as part of the company’s 125th anniversary celebrations, raised £1,295 for the Hampstead NHS Trust’s children’s ward.
The cash was spent on toys and DVDs for the youngsters to enjoy.
Elizabeth Brennan, senior play specialist at the hospital, said: “We are always grateful when we receive donations. It not only makes us happy but it’s like Christmas has come early for the children.”
