A GREEN village pitched up in Regent’s Park on Sunday.

Ethical fashion and a parade of eco-friendly bicycles were on show at the 18th Camden Green Fair, a popular annual event to raise awareness of ways of caring for the environment.

Campaigners from Camden Cyclists, a branch of the London Cycling Campaign, taught visitors how to stay safe on the roads while alternative practitioners offered classes in homeopathy and stalls sold T-shirts and accessories.

First-time volunteer Pia Walther said: “I was surprised to find something so different in the heart of London and have really enjoyed the experience.”
