WITH Indian and Latin American dancers, French parkour workshops and some classic British pop tunes, this year’s Churchill Gardens summer festival conjured up a feast of cultural diversity.

Hundreds attended the CityWest Homes’ “communities day” in Pimlico on Saturday. Pimlico band, Nothing Serious, roused the crowd with a rendition of Delilah – impressing the writer of the song, Barry Mason, who was in the audience.

The day was topped off with the presentation of the Great Communities Award for Maria Johntson, who provided outstanding service within the Westminster community.
