Belsize daub is NOT a Banksy

THERE was a buzz of excitement in Belsize Village yesterday (Wednesday) that the mysterious appearance of a piece of work on a wall might be the work of the elusive street artist Banksy.
The stencilled image of an older woman serving up a cup of tea, with the legend Make Tea Not War was done over night – and sent shop keepers and passers-by into excited speculation. But Banksy’s spokeswoman confirmed to the New Journal that the image was not one of his.
