THERE were celebrations at St Dominic's School in Gospel Oak on Friday when nursery workers and little pupils said a warm farewell to its longest serving member of staff.
Mary McGrath, 73, called it a day after 39 years at the school, as a teacher and a nursery worker.
She said: "I have seen mothers that I used to look after come in with their children."
Colleague Margaret Dawson, said: "It's been lovely knowing Mary for over 20 years. We will miss her so much."
