PUPILS from Holloway School are sending Christmas presents to youngsters from poorer countries.

They are taking part in Operation Christmas Child which distributes gifts to children in eastern Europe, Asia and Africa.

The students from the school in Hilldrop Road, Holloway, have bought items to fill up shoe-boxes full of good things to send off.

They dropped off the boxes at shoe shop Shoe Zone in Seven Sisters Road, Holloway – a collection point for Operation Christmas Child.
