The A-list - Achievers saluted at schools ceremony at Islington's Assembley Hall

The achievements of more than 100 school students were celebrated at Islington’s Assembly Hall.

Among pupils honoured at Achievers Day were those who have progressed well despite facing adversity. Jermaine Jackman, from Islington Arts and Media School, won recognition for his “remarkable singing and songwriting”.
