CREATIVE students braved the snow on Friday to hang their festive decorations from trees in Waterlow Park.
Hanging baskets, flying fish and feathered birds were among the pieces created by pupils from Hampstead Parochial, St Aloysius and St Dominic’s primary schools.
Children and teachers joined Camden’s mayor Jonathan Simpson to view their work. The event followed a term of preparation during which each of the nine classes visited the park.
It was the 12th annual tree-dressing event at Waterlow Park, which is maintained by patrons of the historic Lauderdale House in Highgate Hill.
