Policing campaign

• I WOULD like to thank Councillor Tulip Siddiq for her letter (August 25) clarifying the position on Highgate Library.

The council has made it clear that the library is not closing.

For that we have the efforts of the community to thank, as well as Councillor Valerie Leach because they all showed how much local people care about their library.

I am getting a fantastic response to our call to protect our police numbers.

The “summits” that are being held in Camden are the right way to go about reflecting on what happened those weeks in August.
