Office needs sorting

• EVERYWHERE else in this town – indeed, in the country – gets its mail mid-morning around 10 to 10.30am.

Why in West Hampstead are we lucky to get the post by mid-afternoon 2 to 2.30pm? Because we are served by an incompetent and badly-managed sorting office: Kilburn, to be precise, at Coventry Close.

They do not answer the telephone; they do not respond to written complaints.
